Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), is responsible for managing the risks and impacts associated with occupational health and safety, environmental management, and sustainability.

Mr. Fadhli joined TS Group in August 2020 as an Operations Executive. His responsibilities as a member of the Roving Team included maintaining seamless operations across several decant facilities, managing resources, and collaborating with team members to reach operational goals.
Mr. Fadhli was promoted to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Officer in the Audit Policy & Compliance department in January 2021. His primary tasks in this post include creating safety reports on regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations compliance and non-compliance. His duties expanded in ensuring that the company follows all relevant safety legislation, adopting safety policies and procedures, and performing safety audits to identify areas for improvement and review to address changes.

Key domains of expertise in facility management include space planning and management, building maintenance, energy management, safety and security, environmental sustainability, and technology management.

Mr. Andy is currently in TS Group as Audit, Policy & Compliance (APC) Security Manager. His duties include auditing various dormitories on compliance matters, conducting in-house training, and managing security matters.

He demonstrated his quality of work and was recognized that he had the potential values to be a qualified trainer. TS Group explored his potential through his demonstration and selected him to attend Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Mr. Andy achieved an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)in 2022.
