Trainees' Ratings

The Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) ratings are contributed by trainees who have attended SSG-funded courses. The quality rating measures trainees' perception of learning quality, customer service, trainer and course content. The impact rating measures trainees' perception of how well this course has benefitted their work and career 6 months after course completion.
